Paul Nathan

Paul Nathan is an experienced leader in digital transformation and customer solutions, currently serving as the Digital Transformation Programme Global Lead at Brambles since November 2019. Previously, Paul held various senior roles at CHEP from April 2003 to November 2019, including Senior Director of Customer Solutions & Strategy and Director of Service Strategy, where responsibilities encompassed developing change initiatives to enhance customer experience and implementing strategic service improvements. Notable achievements include the design of streamlined pricing structures, the launch of new service offerings, and the creation of a customer self-service online portal. Paul’s career also includes leadership roles in customer services and project management, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Paul holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Project Management from Leeds Beckett University.
