Rima Dunn

Rima Dunn is a user experience researcher with a PhD in Game and Interactive Media Design from the University of Southampton. With extensive experience in designing and conducting mixed-methods research, Rima has worked with diverse teams across various companies, including 7-Eleven and Meta, focusing on solutions in the service design industry. Currently, Rima serves as a Senior UX Researcher at Brambles and continues to develop their skills through various educational pursuits, including teacher training and front-end development.
