Scott Etherington has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Project Management Trainer at Leeds Metropolitan University. From 2006 to 2008, they provided Project Management support as a Consultant at Wellingtone within the Environment Agency. In 2008, they joined Wellingtone as a Programme Manager, leading global capability improvement programs and transformation projects for clients such as GSK. In 2014, they transitioned to GSK, where they held multiple roles including Global Data Privacy Deployment and Communications Lead and Head of Planning and Execution. Scott also worked as a Change Management Consultant at Afiniti and as a Transformation Consultant at Project One. In 2021, they became an Executive Coach at Ezra Coaching and is currently working as the Global Project Management Capability Lead/Coach at Brambles.
