Tim von Simson

Tim von Simson is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in global human resources, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources and Reward at Brambles since July 2014, Tim oversees executive remuneration and leads the HR team for over 5,000 operational employees. Prior roles at Bombardier Transportation included Head of Talent for Mainline and Metros, where processes and structures were established to enhance business performance through talent availability. Tim's earlier career featured independent consulting, training and development leadership at Steria, and a foundational HR management role at Shell International Petroleum Company. Academic qualifications include a PGC in Executive Coaching from the University of Lancaster and a BA Hons in Contemporary European History and Politics from the University of East Anglia.
