Having spent over 20 years working recruitment, with the last 13 + yrs in Consultancy, Strategy & Change, Nicola has  had the privilege of working with some amazing clients and to have helped candidates to achieve their career goals (many of which have turned into clients).

Honing in on all of her strategy and change expertise and fabulous network to date, she has now created a specialised and solution focused recruitment company called Bramcote Consulting – where she can offer a more nimble and tailored approach to recruitment for both clients and candidates.

With her spotlight on Consultancy, Strategy & Change, she adds value to the recruitment process for management Consultants and industry alike via a mix of deep market insight, transparency, setting true expectations and building consultative partnerships with clients and candidates. Therefore, giving a mutual, detailed understanding to work as partners, to get the best possible results. Something I am truly passionate about.
