Andre Rezende

Andre Rezende has 15 years of experience in corporate finance, specializing in investor relations, M&A, strategic planning, and financial negotiations. They have held key positions in prominent investment banks such as Itaú BBA and Santander and led significant M&A transactions exceeding R$1 billion in value. Currently, they serve as Head of Strategy and Business Development at Brametal. Andre also co-owned Expedição 4x1, a journey across the Americas, which enriched their global perspective. They are pursuing an Executive MBA at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo.
