Ishu Kumar

Ishu Kumar is an Associate Product Manager at Branch International, focusing on leading the Data Platform team to enhance internal data workflows since July 2025. Prior to this role, Ishu worked at Porter from January 2023 to June 2025, initially as Associate Product Manager I, where initiatives were led to improve customer app functionalities, resulting in better fulfillment and retention. Ishu also held the position of Product Management Intern, identifying user personas for Porter Rewards and significantly reducing failure rates on the location selection screen. Additional experiences include a Product Manager Fellowship at NextLeap, involvement in organizing campus events as a member of the Haryana Cultural Association at BITS Pilani, and a Research Scholar role at Technische Universität Braunschweig, focusing on blockchain technologies in supply chain management. Ishu holds a B.E. (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
