Ruby Egit

Ruby Egit is a Partner at Branch MacMaster LLP, where their practice focuses on class actions and insurance law. They have trial and appeal experience, having independently managed and argued numerous complex contested motions while representing clients across Canada. Ruby's legal career began at Branch MacMaster in Vancouver, later practicing in a leading national law firm in Toronto before returning to Branch MacMaster in 2021 to oversee the Toronto office. They actively volunteer for Pro Bono Ontario and mentor law students and new lawyers. Ruby holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Queen's University and an exchange term at The University of Hong Kong.
