Stephen Libin

Stephen Libin is a Partner at Branch MacMaster LLP, where they focus on civil litigation, particularly in product liability, general negligence, occupiers' liability, construction, environmental, and class action disputes. Previously, they served as a Partner at Dutton Brock LLP and worked as a Litigation Associate at Bennett Jones LLP. With a background in engineering and business, Stephen has significant trial and appellate experience across all levels of court in Ontario and has recently acted as lead counsel for defendants in major class proceedings related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Stephen earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and holds degrees in Integrated Engineering and Business Administration from The University of Western Ontario.
