Devi Shetty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and technical support across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Experience for APAC at Branch since November 2018, Devi Shetty has held various leadership roles including Head of Global Delivery and India Site Leader, overseeing support engineering and customer service for some of the most advanced apps globally. Prior experience includes a decade at IBM, where responsibilities ranged from managing global technical support teams to serving as a Client Relationship Manager for major clients. Devi Shetty's career began at Telelogic as a Senior Application Engineer and further included technical leadership roles at HP. Educationally, Devi Shetty holds Bachelor's degrees in Electronics and Communications from both SDM College of Engineering and Technology and Visvesvaraya Technological University.
