Adam Bertonaschi

Adam Bertonaschi is a Senior Associate at BranchPattern. Adam has over five years of experience in the construction industry, including project management, preconstruction development, and residential energy efficiency assessment.

Adam started their career as a co-op at James Construction in May 2012. Adam completed three rotations with the company, gaining experience in both preconstruction development and project management. In their first rotation, Adam performed estimating duties including quantity take-off, unit-cost pricing and project scope coordination with vendors. In their second and third rotations, Adam gained experience with project management, performing functions related to supplier post-award buyout, processing RFI's and RFCO's, submittal coordination and CPM scheduling.

In February 2015, Adam started working as a Project Manager at James Construction. In this role, they were responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from pre-planning to post-construction. Adam was with James Construction until August 2016 when they left to join BranchPattern as a Senior Associate.

In May 2014, Adam also spent time working as a Residential Energy Efficiency Assessor with the National Energy Leadership Corps. In this role, they performed home energy assessments and consulted with homeowners on how to reduce their energy consumption.

Adam Bertonaschi has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil/Evironmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Adam is also certified by the AABC COMMISSIONING GROUP as a Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) and by the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED AP BD+C. Adam is also certified by the Passive House Academy as a Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC).
