Katie Frey

Katie Frey is an accomplished engineering professional with a strong academic background, holding a Master's degree in Architectural Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where a 4.0 GPA was achieved. As an Engineering Intern at BranchPattern, Katie developed mechanical and electrical systems using tools such as Revit and AutoCAD. Experience as a Project Manager and Mechanical Engineering Intern at HDR involved performing engineering calculations and advancing construction documents. Involved in leadership roles, Katie has also served as a Dean’s Leader and a Peer Coach, recruiting and mentoring prospective engineering students. Additional experience includes coordinating logistics for events at the Douglas County Fair and leading educational activities at the HTRS Summer STEAM Camp.
