Mitch Waring

Mitch Waring is an Associate at BranchPattern. Mitch has over 10 years of experience in sustainable design and LEED consulting. Mitch has worked on various sustainability projects in the region and has led a team of consultants in the design, bidding, negotiation and construction administration phases of these projects. Mitch has also taught passive design at the BCA Academy and has been a lecturer at The University of Texas at Austin.

Mitch Waring has a Master of Science in Sustainable Design from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Architecture from Thiagarajar College of Engineering. Mitch is certified by the AABC COMMISSIONING GROUP as a CxA, by ASHRAE as a Member, by BCA Academy as a Certified Green Mark Manager (GMM), by Indian Institute of Architects (IIA), Mumbai, India as an Associate, by Council of Architecture, New Delhi, India as a Registered Architect, by Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) as a LEED AP (BD+C), and by International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) as a WELL AP.

They are on a team with Simona Loberant - Associate, Kanchana Anand - Associate, and Megan Laufer - Associate. Their manager is Carina Medsker, Senior Associate.
