Rob Smith

Rob Smith is the managing director of Brand8 PR, a PR, content marketing, social media and search agency. They provide strategic PR, content marketing and social media consultancy at board level and have 30 years of experience handling brand strategy, PR, content marketing and social for PLCs, private companies and third sector organisations across regional, national and international interests. Brand8 PR was founded to provide a service that integrates PR, content marketing, social media and search consultancy to exploit communications opportunities across traditional, digital and social media platforms. They earned an LLB in Law from Newcastle University in 1994. Earlier in their career, they were PR Director at Robson Brown (1997–2001), PR Director at Propaganda Agency Ltd (2002–2005), Director at fuse8 (2008–2010), and owner of Radiant PR (2005–2008).
