Lynn Osler

Lynn Osler, CPHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Lynn serves as the Manager of People and Culture at BrandActive, focusing on brand change implementation and optimizing marketing operations. Lynn is also a member of The People People Group, a community for HR professionals. Previously, Lynn worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Pagefreezer, delivering people-centric HR solutions and supporting employee experiences. Additional roles include HR Representative at Fraser Health Authority, People and Strategy Advisor at Doctors of BC, and People Acquisition Specialist at Saje Natural Wellness, among others. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Simon Fraser University and has completed various professional development programs, including Co-Active Fundamentals Coach Training.
