In 2021, they became a Social Media Assistant + Content Curator for Lindye Galloway Studio + Shop. From 2017 to 2021, they worked for Isabelle's Cabinet as an Operations Lead and Store Supervisor. In 2016, they worked as a Sales Floor Team Member for Nordstrom.

Aimee McAfee completed their Associate of Arts degree in Communication, General from Orange Coast College in 2018. Aimee then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton, which they completed in 2020.
