Guiscardo Urso

Guiscardo Urso has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Guiscardo currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at BRANDED, where they are responsible for shaping the company's transformation into a global operator of leading micro-brands. Prior to this role, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at BRANDED and played a key role in acquiring, operating, and scaling brands with category-winning products on global marketplaces.

Before joining BRANDED, Guiscardo worked at Bpd Associates as a Project Manager and Consulting Associate, where they led initiatives across all aspects of the business, managed virtual teams, developed and launched new products, and planned events.

As an Independent Recruiter and HR Consultant, Guiscardo supported a wide range of clients in their recruitment efforts and provided consultation on training, distributed learning, and recruitment strategy development.

Guiscardo also worked at Upwork, where they served as part of the Upwork Freelancer Success Team and helped and consulted top freelancers in meeting their business goals. Additionally, they held the role of Recruitment Manager at iziwork, where they supported the company's expansion to Italy by recruiting a team of professionals.

In their previous roles, Guiscardo worked as the Marketing and Sales Manager at Yogahealer, the Project Manager at Barnyard Creative, and the Co-Founder of Thrivees, a movement for young entrepreneurs. Guiscardo also gained valuable leadership experience at AIESEC Italia, where they served as the Country Manager and Head of Organizational Development and Operations.
