Karin Maltrud has had a varied career in marketing and product marketing. Karin began their career in 2011 as an Assistant General Manager at Massage Envy Spa. In 2015, they took on a role as a Marketing Manager at Mari Takeshita Inc, as well as a Marketing Consultant for Self Employed. Karin also held an internship as a Sports Marketing Intern at Arvada Colts Baseball and an Assistant General Manager role at Massage Envy. In 2016, they joined Evolve Vacation Rental as a Product Marketing Specialist, eventually becoming a Product Marketing Team Lead and Senior Product Marketing Specialist. In 2018, they moved to Save the Wild as a Marketing Director. In 2020, they joined RE/MAX as a Technical Product Marketing Manager and most recently in 2022, they joined Brandfolder by Smartsheet as a Sr. Product Marketing Manager.
Karin Maltrud obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Metropolitan State University of Denver from 2011 to 2015, with a field of study in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Karin also attended Strathclyde Business School from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained their second degree in Marketing with a focus in International Business. In addition, Karin has obtained two additional certifications: the 2022 Core App from Smartsheet in December 2022, and the Inbound Marketing Certificate from HubSpot in July 2020.
