Brandiic is a boutique design studio working with startups, scale-ups, and agencies that need senior design expertise without the overhead of a full in-house team.

We handle the full design picture - brand identity, UI/UX, digital product design, and design systems - built around what a business actually needs to grow.

Founded by Rusmir Arnautovic, a designer with 25 years of experience across brand, digital product, and design leadership, Brandiic brings the same level of thinking you'd expect from a senior design director to every engagement. We've led company rebrands, built design systems from scratch, improved design production by 63% without sacrificing quality, and helped companies build design foundations that hold up as they scale.

We work best with:
- Startups building their brand and product identity for the first time
- Growth-stage companies that have outgrown their early design decisions
- Agencies that need a senior design partner on complex client work

Good design isn't decoration. It's how a company communicates what it's worth.
