Michael Cross

Michael Cross currently serves as the Manager of Event Services at Brandlive, leading a team of Webcast Producers to enhance customer engagement through process standardization and continuous improvement. Prior to this role, Michael managed a global team of over 40 Webcast Producers at Notified, overseeing quality assurance, training, and various operational tasks. Michael's earlier experience includes positions at Intrado as a Streaming Media Producer, where project management and technical production were key responsibilities, as well as freelance media production services through MCross Media. Additional roles at Event Compression Group, BrightTALK, PSAV, and as an intern at Faultline Studios provided extensive experience in webcasting, audio/video production, and technical event support. Michael holds a BA in Sound Arts from Ex'pression College for Digital Arts.
