Stephen Marsh is the Chairman and Founder of Smarsh, where solutions for archiving electronic communications are provided to support compliance and records retention strategies since 2001. In addition to leading Smarsh, Stephen serves as Chairman and Board Member at Brandlive Inc., enhancing companies' virtual experiences, and at COMPLY and ComplySci, offering regulatory technology solutions to the financial services sector. Stephen is also an Investment Partner & Advisor at York IE, supporting technology startups, and has held board positions at Assent Compliance Inc. and The Wild, contributing to supply chain data management and extended reality platforms, respectively. Previous experience includes roles at CCBN and Fidelity Investments, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management & Technology and Economics from Syracuse University.
