Veteran founded with over a decade in business, Brandt VX is the only organization that combines deep subject matter expertise, state-of-the-art analytical tools, and technical project managers producing the most innovative solutions in the history of emergency readiness and response management.

At the intersection of data science, project management, and public policy, the team at Brandt VX brings together seasoned experts with a proven track record of success. Each member of the team holds (or is working toward) a graduate degree. Collectively, the team has held leadership positions in organizations of all sizes, large and small, rural and densely populated. Additionally, the team has held virtually every position in EMS, including operations, communications, clinical, and support services.

Brandt VX has developed Victor, a first-of-its-kind suite of analytical tools that analyzes the past, predicts the future, and optimizes readiness. Unlike spreadsheets and other compliance utilities, Victor delivers cost savings, risk reduction, and increased business agility by quantifying and reporting waste, identifying optimal performance conditions, and reporting actionable metrics to key decision makers.

When reports are not enough, the team at Brandt VX is available to aid with change and project management. Our team of certified Project Management Professionals are dedicated to delivering results driven by the triple constraint: scope, schedule, and cost.
