Devan Pennell

Devan Pennell is an Advisor at Brane Capital. Devan has over 13 years of experience in various leadership roles in the finance and accounting industry. Devan started their career at EY as a Manager in Risk. Devan then transitioned to the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (OSEG) as their Controller / Director of Finance. In 2016, Devan joined HEXO Corp as their Director of Business Planning and Analysis. Devan was promoted to Vice President, Program Office in 2018 and Senior Vice President Integrated Business Operations in 2019. In 2020, Devan left HEXO Corp to join Brane Digital Asset Custody as their Interim President. Devan then joined Flow Alkaline Spring Water as their Senior Vice President Strategy in November 2020.

Devan Pennell's educational career includes a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from St. Francis Xavier University, followed by the Queen's Advanced Accounting Program from Queen's University. Devan is also certified from CPA Canada (Chartered Professional Accountants Canada) in CPA, CA.
