Lars Lettner has a diverse work experience, starting with various roles in the field of accounting and finance. Lars began their career as an Opera Singer at Various Theatres, where they worked from 1998 to 2009. Lars then worked as a Pufungsassistent and Senior/Prufleitungsleiter at BDO Germany from 2009 to 2012. Lars joined EY in 2012 and served as a Senior and later as a Manager/Prokurist until 2015. Lars then joined Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC from 2015 to 2018, first as a Manager and then as a Senior Manager. Lars continued their journey with EY and worked as a Senior Manager from 2018 to 2020. Lars then took up the role of Director Finance at Hengeler Mueller from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Lars holds the position of Director Accounting & Tax at DIC Asset AG, which they started in 2023.

Lars Lettner obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Management and Corporate Finance from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. Lars attended the school from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their degree, Lars Lettner also holds several additional certifications. These include JLPT N4, obtained in August 2017; Wirtschaftsprüfer (German Public Accountant), obtained in January 2015; and Certificate in International Accounting CINA, obtained in October 2011.
