Guilherme Bezerra

Guilherme Bezerra has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Guilherme started their career in 2010 as an Administrative Network Trainee at the Government of São Paulo, where they gained experience in network administration and hardware maintenance. Guilherme then worked as a Junior Support Analyst at Sitel, providing technical support to domestic and corporate users of Dell products.

In 2013, Guilherme joined MR Consultoria as a Junior Infrastructure Analyst, where they provided hardware/software support and first-level network support to Amil Saúde in São Paulo. Guilherme also had the opportunity to work with ITIL methodology at the Service Desk and provide support to VIP users such as directors and presidents.

In 2014, Guilherme had a brief stint as a Support Analyst at BRLink, where they specialized in monitoring AWS environments and wireless networks. Guilherme was responsible for troubleshooting Mikrotik routers and adding devices to the monitoring platform Zabbix.

Later in 2014, Guilherme joined Brasoftware, a Brazilian software company, where they held various roles. Guilherme started as a Pre-Sales Engineer, working directly with private, educational, and government clients. Guilherme provided solutions in security, infrastructure, and availability, conducted PoCs, analyzed RFPs, and created business cases. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Cloud Solutions Architect, focusing on migrating workloads to Azure and developing technical/commercial scenarios. In 2019, Guilherme became the Head of Cloud Partners at Brasoftware, leading the channel business unit, including go-to-market strategies, team empowerment, campaigns, incentives, events, and revenue generation. Guilherme currently holds the position of Head of Cloud Services at Brasoftware, overseeing all cloud-related services.

Guilherme Bezerra's education history includes completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Business Management at FIAP from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained an associate's degree in Computer Networks from Impacta Tecnologia from 2013 to 2015.
