Marco Ribeiro

Marco Ribeiro has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Marco began their career in 2004 as an IT Helpdesk Analyst at TIVIT, where they provided first-level support for clients such as Globo.com. Marco then worked as an IT Consultant at Best-IT, specializing in Microsoft products and handling projects for clients such as TJSP, BM&F Bovespa, and SEAL.

In 2010, Marco joined Ogeda as an IT Leader, supervising the Help-Desk team responsible for end-user support. Marco later moved on to InfoSERVER as a Consulting IT professional, providing consultancy services and managing infrastructure projects for corporate clients.

In 2011, Marco held the position of IT Project Leader at Itaú BBA, focusing on the architecture, planning, and implementation of IT solutions to improve systems and reduce costs.

From 2011 to 2014, Marco worked at Itaú Unibanco as an IT Project Leader and IT Infrastructure Engineer. Marco led projects using both predictive and agile methodologies and managed IT services following ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20k, and 27k standards.

In 2016, Marco became a Trusted Advisor Security Information at an independent consulting firm. Marco then joined Proteus Risk Management, where they held several roles such as Technology and Innovation Management, Operation Manager, and Team Leader PMO. In these roles, they led technical teams, ensured service delivery quality, and provided project management and cybersecurity consultancy to various clients.

Most recently, Marco Ribeiro joined Brasoftware as an Account Technology Strategist, where they are responsible for developing technology strategies for the company and working closely with development and management teams.

Marco Ribeiro's education history begins in 2012 when they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sistemas da Informação from Universidade Anhanguera São Paulo. From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestão Estratégica de Tecnologia da Informação from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM.

In 2020, Marco participated in a Fast MBA program where they completed a course in Fast MBA Lead - Liderança e Gestão de Pessoas. The following year, in 2021, they continued their education with Fast MBA and completed a course in Formação EAD, specializing in Empreendedorismo, Negócios e Startups.
