Ricardo Rapouso has extensive work experience in various roles. Ricardo started their career as a Supervisor at Public Contact Center in 1997 and held this position until 2000. In 2003, they joined Tellus as an Account Manager and worked there until 2008. During this time, they were responsible for managing accounts and maintaining client relationships. In 2008, they joined Brasoftware as an IT Analyst and has been in this role since then.
Ricardo Rapouso attended Universidade Ibirapuera from 1997 to 2001, where they studied Computer Sciences. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in Azure Security Engineering and Azure Administration from Microsoft in November 2020 and December 2019, respectively.
