Danielle Gonzalez

Danielle Gonzalez has been working in human resources for over 15 years. Danielle started their career as a human resources director for a large non-profit organization. After 10 years with the organization, they transitioned to a smaller non-profit health center where they served as the director of human resources for three years. In their current role as VP of human resources at Brault, Danielle is responsible for all aspects of the human resources department. Danielle has a proven track record of developing and implementing new policies and procedures, managing benefits and payroll, and reducing workers' compensation premiums. Danielle is an expert in employee relations and recruiting, and they are passionate about helping their team members reach their full potential.

Danielle Gonzalez has a BS in Psychology from Old Dominion University.

Their manager is Andrea Brault, President & CEO. They are on a team with Sepand Akhavanhaidary - General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, Mitch Thompson - VP, Pre-Bill RCM Operations & IT, and Steve Kelley - CFO.
