Steve Kelley

Steve Kelley is the Chief Financial Officer at Brault. Steve has over twenty years of experience in corporate finance and consulting.

Steve started their career as a corporate finance consultant with Resources Global Professionals. There, they worked with clients on a variety of projects including financial planning, analysis, and budgeting. Steve also assisted clients with raising capital, negotiating loans, and improving financial operations. After two years with Resources Global Professionals, Steve transitioned to HealthEssentials, LLC.

At HealthEssentials, Steve established the financial planning and analysis department. Steve was responsible for creating the company's five-year strategic plan, annual budget, monthly forecasts, and cash forecasting. Steve coordinated with senior executives and business line leadership to ensure that the company's finances were on track. Steve was also a member of the senior leadership team and delivered presentations to leadership, financial sponsors, and the Board.

During their time at HealthEssentials, Steve developed and managed the company's strategic 5-year plan. Steve also developed sophisticated pricing models for new healthcare products and lines of business. As a result of their work, the company was able to sign contracts with four major state and national health plans. In addition, Steve designed an incentive compensation plan which resulted in a 20% increase in clinician productivity. Steve also co-led efforts to obtain a $10M debt facility to support growth and infrastructure investment.

In November 2012, Steve left HealthEssentials to take on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Brault. In this role, Steve is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Brault's finances. Steve works closely with senior leadership to ensure that Brault meets its financial goals.

Steve Kelley has an MBA in finance/marketing from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BSC in finance from Santa Clara University.
