Sharon Smart

Sharon Smart is an experienced consultant, coach, and client engagement leader currently working at BRAVANTI since July 2020. With a strong background in human resources, Sharon held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources at Family Dollar, where expertise contributed to the growth of a Fortune 300 retail company. Previous positions include Executive Vice President and Human Resources Manager at Wells Fargo, and various senior roles within Wachovia Corporation and First Union National Bank, where notable contributions included managing extensive HR teams and providing strategic consultation to executive leadership. Sharon earned a BA in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
