Brave Changes was founded in 2023 with a simple but powerful mission: to create a therapy space that feels supportive, innovative, and truly centered on each client’s unique needs. We began as a single-provider practice with a vision of offering more than traditional therapy—bringing together creative approaches, sensory-friendly spaces, and opportunities for connection both inside and outside the office.

Located in the heart of downtown Burlington, WI, Brave Changes offers clients a variety of ways to engage in the therapeutic process—from traditional office sessions to movement-based or sensory-informed therapy, outdoor walking sessions, art-based interventions, and virtual care. Our philosophy is rooted in meeting people where they are, helping them navigate life’s challenges with flexibility, compassion, and evidence-based care.

Since opening in 2023, Brave Changes has grown into a collaborative group practice that supports clients across the lifespan while also supporting clinicians with full administrative assistance, training opportunities, and a team-centered environment. We believe in creating a safe, welcoming space for both clients and therapists to grow, heal, and thrive.
