Blake Mitchell

Blake Mitchell (they/them) is the Founding Partner of BE Labs, where they focus on fostering inclusion and equity within organizations through comprehensive training programs for HR professionals. With over eight years of experience at Google, Blake managed global teams in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, and Talent functions, contributing significantly to Google’s equity and culture initiatives. After leaving Google, they played a key role in Stacey Abrams’ gubernatorial campaign in Georgia, leading operations and outreach efforts. Blake is also the Southeast Camp Director for Brave Trails, an LGBTQ+ nonprofit focused on empowering queer youth. They hold degrees in International Business, Finance, and Film & Television from The University of Georgia.
