David E. Johnson

David E. Johnson, Ed.D., currently serves as the Small Interactive Groups Facilitator at the University of the Incarnate Word, contributing to the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine curriculum. As the Owner-Principal of TransformEd Consulting, Johnson focuses on enhancing educational opportunities for economically disadvantaged learners through evidence-based research. Additionally, Johnson functions as a Leadership Coach at Bravely, promoting psychologically safe workplace cultures. Previous roles include Associate Faculty at Northeast Lakeview College, Interim Chief Administration Officer for the Ithaca City School District, and various positions in intelligence operations for the U.S. military. Johnson holds multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Education in Educational Administration from Indiana University Bloomington and has completed executive coaching training at The University of Texas at Dallas.
