Tara Johnson

Tara Johnson, PCC, is an experienced executive coach and founder of Radical Redefinition, where coaching services are provided to leaders at all levels, focusing on workplace transformation through self-reflection and intentional action. Johnson also serves as an executive coach and leadership development facilitator for Bravely, specializing in situational leadership, inclusive practices, and emotional intelligence. Prior professional roles include positions in employee communications at Salesforce and Brilliant Ink, employee experience strategy at Etsy, and diversity and inclusion management at Bloomingdale's. Johnson has also held several career coaching roles in higher education, including at Columbia University and the University of Illinois at Chicago. Johnson holds an M.Ed in Urban Education and Leadership from the University of Illinois Chicago and a B.A. in Business Administration from Truman State University.
