Amanda Lawrence is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in workforce strategy, student support, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Director and previously as Program Manager of Workforce Strategy at Braven since June 2022, Amanda collaborates with Rutgers University to enhance career pathways for students in the Newark region. Amanda's experience includes roles such as Student Support Advisor at Chamberlain University, where support was provided for incoming students; SAT & College Readiness Teacher at Great Oaks Legacy Charter School; and Leadership Development Manager at New York Cares, among others. Amanda holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Claremont Lincoln University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management from St. Francis College.
