André Walters

André Walters is a dynamic finance and strategy leader with over 15 years of experience driving high-impact initiatives across finance, project management, and information technology. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach at Braven, André empowers underrepresented young people to transition from college to impactful careers. They have held key roles in organizations such as the United States Department of Defense, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Deloitte Consulting, where they managed substantial budgets and led transformative projects. André is also pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus, building upon their finance background from Morgan State University.
