Curt Springstead

Curt Springstead is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, mentoring, and consulting across various sectors. Currently serving as a Director on the board of FarmSahel, a charitable organization focused on empowering women farmers in Burkina Faso, and as a Speakers Bureau Presenter/Trainer for AARP New Jersey, delivering programs for the 55+ community. Springstead also acts as a Leadership Coach for Braven, aiding college graduates in achieving their career goals. As a Certified Mentor and District Technology Officer for SCORE Northeast New Jersey, Curt provides valuable support to small business owners. Previous roles include Managing Director at Windbeam Partners, LLC, and various leadership positions at VMware, Oracle, and CSC, where responsibilities included training development, solution architecture, and strategic consulting. An experienced educator, Springstead has also taught Information Technology courses as an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
