Michael Jose

Michael Jose serves as the Manager of the Pediatric Division at Montefiore Health System since June 2021, overseeing operations at the Pediatric Sleep Disorders Center, including staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and marketing. In addition, Michael has been a volunteer mentor and leadership coach at Lehman College since January 2022, guiding students as they prepare to enter the professional world. Previous experience includes a role as a US Field Sleep Engineer at Nyxoah, where relationship-building and training surgeons on device implantation were key responsibilities, and as Supervisor of Sleep Technology at NYU Langone Health, where strategic clinical direction was provided. Earlier roles involved positions as a Registered Polysomnographer at both New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai and Weill Cornell Medicine, as well as a Technologist at Columbia University. Michael holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
