Shanice Griffith

Shanice Griffith currently serves as the Director of External Affairs for Delaware at Braven, starting in March 2024. Previously, Shanice worked as a Campus Recruiter for AI & Analytics Programs at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from August 2021 to March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Recruitment Manager at Year Up and Site Coordinator at Communities In Schools of Delaware, along with serving as a Family Service Specialist at the Division of Youth and Family Services. Shanice also contributed as a Public Ally with Public Allies Delaware and was a Blue Hen Ambassador at the University of Delaware. Shanice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Delaware, obtained in 2012.
