Shikera U. is an experienced professional in nonprofit management and community engagement, currently serving as a Fellow at Leadership Newark Inc., where the focus is on social change and leadership development. Shikera is also involved in the Community Grants Review Committee for The Prudential Foundation, evaluating grant applications.
