Avinash Kumar (He/Him)

Avinash Kumar (He/Him) has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and sales. Avinash started their career in 2010 as a Sr. Customer Sales Executive at Plexus Netcon Pvt Ltd, where they provided voice and data services globally. In 2011, they joined Vector BPO as a Lead Sales Executive, where they led a team of 10 sales professionals and focused on HR outsourcing. Later in 2011, they joined Bravens Inc as a Manager in Talent Acquisition & CRM, where they were responsible for IT recruitment and business development. Avinash climbed the ladder and eventually became the Director of Talent Acquisition at Bravens Inc in 2019.

Avinash Kumar (He/Him) completed their Senior Secondary Education from Devlali High School from 1992 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in English from Jodhpur National University, completing it from 2012 to 2015.
