Currently serving as CEO of both Orchard Custom Beauty and Fasten - Innovative Beauty Packaging since September 2021, Paul drives innovation in product design and sustainable packaging solutions. Additionally, Paul holds significant positions such as Voorzitter RvC at AGU B.V., Commissaris at Bravilor Bonamat, and Voorzitter Raad van Advies at Van Benthem & Keulen. With a notable background in operational management, Paul has previously led HEMA's international expansion and turnaround at BCC Elektro-speciaalzaken BV, and has held key roles at Ahold supporting strategic development and execution. Paul possesses advanced academic credentials including a Master's Degree in Political & Social Cultural Sciences from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Nyenrode Business University.
