Brawner is a national real estate consulting firm specializing in repositioning, acquisition, rehabilitation and development of affordable multifamily housing. For over 30 years, we’ve been real estate strategists, leaders in developing affordable housing communities, and partners with the people behind them.

Brawner was founded on the principle of building relationships to understand our clients’ goals. Through the years, we’ve established a network of industry resources, from attorneys, lenders and investors to property management firms, so that we can deliver our clients incomparable value.

In the end, it is the overarching goal of Brawner to assist housing authorities and non-profits in evaluating assets, reducing dependency on governmental funding sources and broadening their affordable housing options.
