James Pokluda

James Pokluda is a detailed leader and outstanding communicator currently serving as the Director of Global Inventory Management. With extensive experience in inventory and warehouse management, they have held various positions including Warehouse Solutions Specialist at Crown Lift Trucks and Inventory Specialist at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals, where they effectively supervised teams and managed logistics processes. James has also contributed as a Senior Materials Manager at ValvTechnologies, Inc., focusing on global logistics and inventory accuracy. They began their career in management and operations as the General Manager/Chef at Mo Mong and have developed strong skills in fostering relationships and enhancing operational efficiency throughout their career. James completed high school at Jersey Village High School in 1990.
