Brett Simon

Brett Simon currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Development at Braze since April 2025. Previously, Brett held the position of Vice President of Corporate Development and Coupa Ventures at Coupa Software from May 2020 to April 2025, where responsibilities included M&A and strategic investments. Notable achievements include the successful closure of M&A deals such as LLamasoft. Prior to Coupa, Brett worked at F5 Networks as Senior Director of Corporate Development, focusing on M&A strategy and execution. Brett's professional journey began with Ridgecrest Capital Partners as a Corporate Development Manager, followed by an associate role in M&A at the firm. Early experience includes an internship at MS Global Finance and a position as Program Associate at the Institute of International Education, managing international initiatives. Brett holds a Master’s in International Finance and Economics from Columbia University and a BA in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
