Ethan Abrams

Ethan Abrams is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Success for Global Strategic Accounts at Braze since November 2018. With a progressive career at Braze, Ethan has held various roles including Senior Manager of Customer Success for Enterprise Strategic Accounts (US-East) and Strategic Manager for Customer Success, Enterprise. Prior experience includes serving as Digital Account Director for CPG & Retail at RevTrax and as Account Associate at News America Marketing, where Ethan successfully led sales activities and integrated advertising campaigns. Education was completed at Tulane University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government.
