James Manderson

James Manderson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and data management. Currently serving as SVP of Global Customer Success at Braze since June 2016, James leads an award-winning team focused on enhancing customer engagement through innovative lifecycle solutions. James has held various roles within Braze, including VP Global Customer Success and GM & VP Success for EMEA. Prior to this, James was the Head of CRM at Universal Music Group, overseeing CRM strategy for international markets, and held several positions at Shelter UK and King's College London, emphasizing data management and insight. James began a career as a Database Administrator at Hewitt Associates and Alexander Forbes Financial Services Ltd, after completing an MA and BA in Philosophy from Birkbeck, University of London and the University of Kent, respectively.
