Kipp Johnson

Kipp Johnson is an experienced professional with a strong background in AI solutions and product management. Currently serving as the Head of AI Solutions Consulting at Braze since June 2025, Kipp develops and runs the AI Academy program while building innovative consulting teams in customer lifecycle marketing. Previously, Kipp held key positions at OfferFit and GEICO, where responsibilities included leading AI solutions architecture and overseeing product management for data and AI platforms, respectively. Kipp's prior experience includes driving significant growth as the Global Head of Growth at Tribal and managing enterprise marketing platforms for Capital One, yielding impactful results across various marketing and product initiatives. Kipp holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and has a background in orchestra studies from Folkwang Hochschule.
