Ryan Timm

Ryan Timm is a Principal Technical Support Specialist at Braze since July 2023, with a previous progression through roles as Senior Technical Support Specialist and Technical Support Specialist. Prior to this, Ryan served as a Network Administrator at Bradley Bourbonnais Community High School from May 2019 to July 2023, utilizing cloud technologies to enhance infrastructure management. Ryan also founded Ryan Timm Photography, a photography and design company, operating from 2008 until February 2023. Additional experience includes roles as Technology Specialist at Bourbonnais Elementary School District #53 and Information Technology Assistant at Bradley Bourbonnais Community High School, where Ryan focused on user support and service delivery.
