Sabrina Yu

Sabrina Yu is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer onboarding and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Onboarding Manager II at Braze since October 2022, Sabrina has progressed through various roles within the company, including Senior Customer Onboarding Manager I, Customer Onboarding Manager, and Associate Customer Onboarding Manager. Prior to Braze, Sabrina worked at Planning-inc as an Account Manager and Account Executive from February 2021 to October 2022, and gained initial experience at Kingston Technology as an Order Processor for a brief period. Earlier in the career, Sabrina contributed as an Assistant to the Director at Sinopec International Petroleum Service Corporation for a short time in June 2015. Sabrina holds a degree in PPE (Philosophy, Politics and Economics) from the University of Southampton, earned between 2017 and 2020.
